Action Performed:

Precondition:

• Workspace has tax rates.

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Create an expense with tax rate.
4. Go to Reports > Expenses.
5. Click Columns.
6. Select Tax and Tax rate.
7. Click Save.
8. Go to workspace settings > Taxes.
9. Delete the tax rate used in Step 3.
10. Go to Reports > Expenses.

Expected Result:

Tax rate column should still show the deleted rate (same as category).

Actual Result:

Tax rate column does not show the applied tax rate when tax rate is deleted.
