Device used: Motorola MotoG60 / Android 12 (Hybrid app)
App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

Prerequisite: App is fresh installed or location is disabled on device settings.
Prerequisite 2: Account has a workspace.

1. Open the Expensify app.
2. Open any workspace chat.
3. Tap on "+" and select "Track Distance"
4. Note that "Allow Location" modal appears, but chat is still visible on the background.
5. Dismiss modal with device´s back button.
6. Note that modal disappears and distance expense creation page appears.

Expected Result:

Allow location modal should be displayed when the distance expense creation page opens.

Actual Result:

Allow location modal is displayed when user is still on workspace chat instead of appearing after the expense creation page is shown.
