Device used: Mac 26.1 / Chrome
App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Open chat with another user.
3. Go offline.
4. Create an expense.
5. Open the expense report.
6. Send a reply.
7. Click More > Delete.
8. Delete the expense.
9. Go online.
10. Click on the report with RBR on LHN.

Expected Result:

LHN will not show report with RBR after deleting expense with reply.

Actual Result:

LHN shows report with RBR after deleting expense with reply, which leads to error "Auth OpenReport returned an error".
