Implement these changes from the Odometer design doc:
- Add merge image feature to App for combining start/end images
- Add combined image preview to Confirm Details page

PR for this is pretty much complete and will definitely be ready for review tomorrow. Before that this PR has to be finished and merged as it resolves issue with improper back navigation from odometer image screen

This PR [Odometer] Redirecting to inbox on photo capture after App reload on OdometerImage screen
was successfully merged which allows us now to properly test image stitching. I will test it now and finish PR description (mainly videos)

All of the review on this PR [Odometer] Image stitching has been addressed. We can go ahead and do a final review and then merge . The refactor taking care of Moving the odometer image stitching to confirmation page which was discussed and decided upon in the discussion here was moved to the separate issue with the draft PR mostly ready -> [Odometer] Move odometer image stitching to confirmation page. Currently this refactor awaits the merge of the main image stitching PR to make review and testing less of a hassle.
