Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Create an expense.
4. Open the expense report.
5. Click Report field > Remove from report.
6. Go to Reports > Expenses.
7. Click on the report link in "moved this expense" system message.

Expected Result:

The expense report will open in Reports tab because it is opened from Reports tab.

Actual Result:

The expense report opens in Inbox.
