App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Create an expense.
4. Open the expense report.
5. Click Report field > Create report.
6. Click More > Delete to delete the empty report.
7. Open the new report.
   → "moved this expense" is not shown when the old report is deleted.
8. Click Report field > Remove from report.
9. Click More > Delete.
10. Go to self DM.
11. Open the unreported expense.

Expected Result:

"moved this expense" will not be shown when the old report is deleted.

Actual Result:

"moved this expense" is shown when the expense is unreported and the old report is deleted.
