[Due for Payment 2026-03-23] Remove Onyx migration for src/libs/migrations/RenameEmojiSkinTone.ts #76439
Description
src/libs/migrations/RenameEmojiSkinTone.ts was added in this PR and it will need to be removed in the future once the migration has done it's work. In about 30 days, we should check for logs to see if the migration is done running. If so, then the migration is OK to remove.
