App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat
3. Create two expenses with category.
4. Open expense report.
5. Go offline.
6. Open any expense.
7. Click More > Split.
8. Click Save.

Expected Result:

Total next to category checkbox will not change since total is the same.

Actual Result:

Total next to category checkbox doubles after splitting expense offline.
