Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Create an expense.
4. Go to Reports > Reports.
5. Click on the table header title.

Expected Result:

Avatar will not change to fallback avatar when changing sorting order.

Actual Result:

Avatar changes to fallback avatar when changing sorting order.
