App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

Prerequisite: Account has at least one workspace.

1. Open the Expensify app.
2. Open any workspace chat.
3. Create a manual expense.
4. Open the just created report.
5. Tap on report field and select "Create Report"
6. Return to chat.
7. Tap on "Add Expense" on the empty report preview.
8. Add a new manual expense.
9. Once redirected to chat, long tap on the report where expense was just added.
10. Tap on "Delete" and confirm the action.
11. Note that no action is triggered.
12. Open report and return to chat.
13. Select report again and tap on "Delete"
14. Note that now, report is deleted.

Expected Result:

After adding a new expense to an empty report, after moving another to a new one, user should be able to delete the report.

Actual Result:

Report can´t be deleted from context menu after adding a new expense to it, if previously the user moved an expense from that report to another one.
Report can be succesfully deleted after opening and closing it.
