Action Performed:

1. Open app
2. [User A] Submit an IOU expense to User B
3. [User A] Go offline
4. [User B] Mark as paid the report
5. [User A] Submit another IOU expense to User B
6. [User A] Go Online, Notice there is an error shown on the report
7. {User A] Go to the report and return back to the main chat.

Expected Result:

1. Error is shown on the report on the main chat and also shown after going into the report
2. The report with the error is not marked as paid

Actual Result:

1. Error is not shown on the report on the main chat, but it is shown after going into the report
2. The report with the error is marked as paid
