Action Performed:

Precondition:

• Have two non-default workspaces and no default workspace.
• Account has self DM.

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Open FAB > Create expense > Manual.
3. Enter amount > Next.
4. Select self DM.
5. On confirm page, click RHP back button.

Expected Result:

Workspace will appear on recipient list after returning from self DM confirm page.

Actual Result:

Workspace does not appear on recipient list after returning from self DM confirm page.

What is the root cause of that problem?

When the user is on the confirmation page and clicks the back button, the iouType is set to track, which causes the app to exclude policy expense chats. This logic originates from the following line:
