[Due for payment 2025-11-04] [$250] Better detect third party card connection issues

Coming from here, we want to make sure it's easy for customers to alert us to third-party card connection/assignment issues right when they happen so we can investigate, particularly with Plaid because it is so new. To that end, we want to make the following changes:

• Add a dialog/page when someone backs out of Plaid import UI without connecting a feed, asking them for their experience with Plaid. Notes on this:
  • I envision this could be a simple two-button modal (maybe using our success/danger button pattern). Perhaps a center state (web) / bottom drawer (mobile) modal? Interested to hear your thoughts.
  • We'd show the modal when they back out of the Plaid UI (shown in the video below).
  • If they say it was good, we could just close the modal. But if they report an issue, I envision we bring them to their Concierge DM and send an automatic message asking them about the issue so we can troubleshoot with them.
• Add messaging in the card issuing flow, offering the option to reach out if the user doesn't see all the cards they expect. Notes:
  • My initial thought is we'd just update the subheader copy on the card selection page below. I feel like the from the %cards% card feed part is redundant, and we could prob cut it. Then, add something like: [Let us know](link to concierge DM) if any are missing.
  • We could also do an automatic concierge message here, but feels a bit less necessary to me.
