App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Open 1:1 DM.
3. Click + > Pay.
4. Enter 0 amount > Next.
   5 .Click Mark as paid.

Expected Result:

There should be an error when 0 amount cannot be paid.

Actual Result:

Nothing happens after clicking Mark as paid when the amount is 0.
