App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Create an expense in workspace chat.
4. Click Submit and Approve.
5. Log in to staging.expensify.com with the same account.
6. Open the same report.
7. Click Reimburse > I'll do it manually.
8. Click Mark as reimbursed.
9. Go to ND.
10. Open the paid report.

Expected Result:

LHN will show "marked as paid" because the system message is "marked as paid".

Actual Result:

LHN shows "You marked this report as manually reimbursed." when the system message is "marked as paid".
