Tax values not updated in transaction thread, doesn't sync with concierge & LHN msg #71817

Device used: Windows 11 /Chrome
App Component: Money Request
Action Performed:
- Naviagte to staging.new.expensify.com
- Create a workspace
- Enable taxes
- Create an expense of X dollars
- In the transaction thread, ask to update the tax rate to X
- Wait for few seconds (Note: Do not navigate to expense preview)
- Observe the tax rate is not updated in transaction thread. (Note. Only LHN message & concierge reply gets displayed correctly)
- In the transaction thread, ask to update the tax amount to X (Ex: change the tax amount to $0.05)
- Wait for few seconds in transaction thread
- Observe the LHN & concierge message get updated to "changed the tax amount to $YY (previously $XX)"
- Observe the tax amount field not changed once the LHN & concierge message get updated
Expected Result:
Updated tax amount & rate should be reflected immediately in transaction thread once the LHN & concierge message get updated
Actual Result:
Tax amount & Rate is not updated immediately in transaction thread. Though, LHN & concierge message get updated, tax amount & rate still shows the previous values. User has to navigate back to expense preview & back to transaction thread to view the changes.

Sure, I can take it! My guess is that we're not sending onyx updates from auth on tax updates, so it shoudl be a pretty quick fix
