Scan multiple-App is unresponsive, then crashes is background the app on scan multiple flow

There is a seperate issue here for the camera not being displayed correctly.

Action Performed:

Preconditions: Camera format on the device is set to "Most compatible"

1. Navigate to the workspace chat
2. Tap "+" button, "Create expense" tap "Scan multiple" icon
3. Take 3 pictures of the receipts (or of anything)
4. Background the app
5. Open the app, tap the green button to take a picture
6. Tap "Ok" on the error modal (not always shown, if not, go to step 8)
7. Background the app again and open it again
8. Try to tap anything on the screen
9. "Kill" the app and reopen

Expected Result:

Camera view opens after backgrounding the app and opening it while on the "Scan multiple" flow

Actual Result:

Camera view is blank, the app is unresponsive when backgrounding the app and opening it again while on the "Scan multiple" flow. After "killing" and reopening the app it crashes
