App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.expensify.com
2. Create an unreported distance expense (Report field is none) with the following waypoints:

Start - 88 kearny street
Stop - Golden gate bridge

3. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
4. Go to self DM.
5. Go to transaction thread of the expense created in Step 2.
6. Go back to self DM.

Expected Result:

There will be no extra expense preview after creating unreported distance expense from OD.

Actual Result:

There is an extra expense preview which loads infinitely after creating unreported distance expense from OD.

@mitarachim i unfortunately couldn't reproduce since i'm running into a separate issue when trying to create the expense in OldDot:

• i sign into staging.expensify.com
• i manually create a distance expense and make sure that it's unreported
• i run into the Oops... an error has occurred! message
• however... i refresh and i end up seeing the expense being created

Hello @brianlee-expensify, I am still able to reproduce the issue as described in the original issue.
There is an extra expense preview which loads infinitely after creating unreported distance expense from OD.

I think this is a BE bug because Pusher is sending a redundant IOU action that points to a nonexistent transaction.
