Action Performed:

1. Go to 65001.pr-testing.expensify.com
2. Create a workspace.
3. Go to workspace chat.
4. Click + > Create expense > Manual.
5. Enter -12.34 > Next.
6. On confirm page, click Amount.
7. Click keyboard backspace.

Expected Result:

The last digit after the decimal will be deleted.

Actual Result:

The last digit before the decimal is deleted.
