Device used: Google Pixel 7a - Android 16, Wi-Fi, Chrome
App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Open https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Tap on FAB > Create expense > Scan
3. Tap on the multi-scan button to turn on this feature.
4. Take several photos of the receipts.
5. Go to the confirmation page.
6. Reload the confirmation page
7. Repeat Step 3-6

Expected Result:

Reload the page, users are navigated back to the scan step

Actual Result:

Reload the page for the second time, user is redirected to Confirmation page again and page loads infinitely.
In prods, at Step 6 for the first time, issue happens
