Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Create 4 expenses.
4. Try to scroll horizontally on the report preview carousel.

Expected Result:

User should be able to scroll horizontally on the report preview carousel.

Actual Result:

User is unable to scroll horizontally on the report preview carousel.
