[Due for payment now] [Tracking] [$1000] Update the ValidateCodeActionModal to be its own screen in the stack

The ValidateCodeActionModal is a modal reused in many flows. That leads to issues with animations and needs us to use backTo when this modal is used. Let's refactor these so each of them is using its own route, navigation/ animations are working out of the box and we do not have to use backTo
