Action Performed:

Precondition: create an expense in workspace chat

1. Go to Reports > Expense Reports
2. Select the expense from precondition
3. Click dropdown button > Hold
4. Enter reason and save it

Expected Result:

After holding expense from Reports, chat bubble will appear on the expense preview

Actual Result:

No chat bubble after holding expense
