Action Performed:

1. Navigate to https://staging.new.expensify.com/

2. Login to any account with an expense > Go to Expense

3. Click on the More button and then Export

4. Click on All Data - expense level,

5. When the modal appears > Click "Got it"

6. Notice a green dot is shown on concierge

Expected Result:

Green Dot is not shown when there are no tasks to be completed

Actual Result:

Green Dot is shown when you receive a message from concierge

Workaround:

We have different result when Use Staging Server is OFF .
Nothing happen after click on Got it button in step 5.
