App Component: Other

Action Performed:

1. Launch Expensify app.
2. Log in with new Gmail account.
3. Complete the onboarding.
4. Go to Account.
5. Tap Switch to Expensify Classic.
6. On OD, open menu > Try New Expensify.

Expected Result:

App will switch to New Expensify.

Actual Result:

App is stuck on splash screen when switching from ND to OD and back to ND.
After killing and re-opening the app user remains stuck

I am certain this was working on the first build 9.1.89-1 as I verified the flow multiple time on Android and iOS. I would suggest looking at the PRs CPd since then. > today this isn't the case 😕

I'm hopeful this will be resolved once we revert the Signin page refactor PR.
