Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Submit an expense.
4. Open expense report.
5. Click Report.
6. Click Remove from report.

Expected Result:

RHP will not show not here page when it is dismissing.

Actual Result:

RHP shows not here page when it is dismissing after unreporting expense.
