As it's reverted, unable to check, Unapproved cash option is missing now

Action Performed:

→ Note that the footer shows the total in SGD (sometimes the total remains in USD).
Expected Result:
The bottom total should follow the currency of the user's default workspace, which is the first workspace with local currency.
Actual Result:
The bottom total does not follow the currency of the user's default workspace, which is the first workspace with local currency.
In Step 7, the footer shows the total in USD, which follows the second workspace currency.
In Step 10, the footer shows the total in SGD, which follows the third workspace currency. Sometimes it remains in USD instead of SGD.
