App Component: Chat Report View

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.expensify.com
2. Go to any chat.
3. Send a message.
4. Right click on the message > Reply in thread.
5. Right click on the parent message > Edit comment.

Expected Result:

The parent message in thread will enter edit mode.

Actual Result:

The parent message does not enter edit mode in thread.

On Android, after selecting Edit comment, the main composer disappears and the parent message does not enter edit mode.
