Action Performed:

  1. Create 2 gmail accounts - User A and User B
  2. As User B, stay on the Account tab
  3. As User A, create a chat with User B and create a manual expense in the chat
  4. As User B, navigate to the Reports tab, click "Chats" and observe the preview of the received expense

Expected Result:

Infinite loading spinner is not displayed on the received expense preview in the Reports/ Chats

Actual Result:

Expense preview shows infinite loading spinner in the Reports/ Chats for payer, if the expense report was not opened before. Reproducible with expensifail account too. On Hybrid app repro, when SS enabled, user navigated to the Reports/Chats and cleared cache
