Action Performed:

Precondition:

• User A default currency is USD.
• User B has no workspace.

1. Go to staging.expensify.com
2. [User A] Submit an expense to User B.
3. [User B] Open DM with User A.
4. [User B] On the expense preview, click Pay > Pay with business account.
5. [User B] Go to Workspaces and delete the workspace.
6. [User A] Submit another expense to User B.
7. [User B] Open DM with User A.

Expected Result:

Pay button will not show the deleted workspace name under "Pay $10.00"

Actual Result:

Pay button shows the deleted workspace name under "Pay $10.00"

Possible culprit PRs for this issue

• feat: standardize pay button #65296: Large refactor to SettlementButton/PaymentUtils now stores and reuses last payment method (workspace) which could leave deleted workspace name cached on Pay button.
• Fix - Expense - In expense report page, after deleting expenses total amount is shown briefly #64381: Touches MoneyReportHeader and MoneyRequestReportView components that render the Pay/Settlement button, so changes could affect displayed workspace name after updates.

If not above, check these

• Fix - Expense - LHN does not show report total after adding unreported expenses to the report #65456: Alters ReportUtils preview message logic for expense reports which may influence how report/payment context (including workspace name) is shown in Pay button.

I couldn't reproduce this one. After deleting workspace, the pay button revert to default pay button with no workspace name.
