Action Performed:

1. Navigate to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Sign up for a new account, choosing the "track" intent
3. Proceed through the onboarding flow and create a new workspace
4. Complete the onboarding modal
5. Close the tab/browser to leave the site
6. Open another tab and navigate to NewDot

Expected Result:

The survey "What feature made you create a workspace?" displays on the Right Hand Panel (RHP)

Actual Result:

The survey "What feature made you create a workspace?" briefly displays on the Right Hand Panel (RHP) and auto-closes before user can read it

Possible culprit PRs for this issue

• fix: WS - Not here page appears when trying to navigate to Workspaces. #62747: Refactored workspace tab navigation and now programmatically resets workspace routes via navigateToWorkspacesPage, which can immediately replace/dismiss the RHP survey route, making it flash then auto-close.
• Improve native top spacing for bottom docked modals when keyboard shows #63970: Altered BaseModal and modal keyboard/scroll handling, and these shared components are used by RHP surveys so the new layout logic could trigger an early unmount causing the survey to vanish.

If not above, check these

• Perf: Limit previous Search screens mounted #65575: Changed web navigator to retain only the last route which can immediately unmount a newly-opened RHP route like the onboarding survey, causing it to flash then close.
