Action Performed:

Preconditions: cookies set up as
lc-debug = 1
lc-qa = 2

1. Navigate to the staging.new.expensify.com
2. Set up first cookie, refresh the sign in page
3. Enter a new gmail address without +, create a new user
4. Select "Manage my team expenses" option
5. When on the page "How many employees do you have" set up second cookie, refresh the page
6. Select "1-10" option, "Other" for the accounting
7. On "How would you like to get started" page select "Explore all features", click "Get started"

Expected Result:

The user is dropped in the workspace editor

Actual Result:

User is redirected to the new.expensify sign in page. When navigating back using browser back arrow, user lands on test drive modal, then on admin's room page
