Pre-condition: Change app language to French

1. Launch app
2. Login expensifail account
3. Open a chat
4. Open emoji picker and note text smileys and emotions

Expected Result:

In emoji picker, smileys and emotions must be translated in French as
Émojis et émotions”
or

“Frimousses et émotions”

Actual Result:

In emoji picker, smileys and emotions is not translated in French

Chat - In emoji picker, smileys and emotions is not translated in Portuguese

What is the root cause of that problem?

We missed the translation smileys and emotions into Portuguese and Deutsch.

@lanitochka17 I believe French is working correctly, but Portuguese is not. It seems the issue title might be inaccurate.
