Action Performed:

Pre-condition: Change the language to French

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/home
2. Login with new expensifail account
3. Create a control workspace
4. Create a manual expense with usd currency and amount 50000
5. Open the expense
6. Note the amount violation and receipt amount violation
7. Go to reports and note amount violation

Expected Result:

Amount format must be correct in French for amount violation.

Actual Result:

Amount format is incorrect in French for amount violation.

We formatted the French version of these texts incorrectly.
