App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Open https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Employee submit two manual expenses to the workspace chat
3. Tap on the expense preview
4. Go to any transaction thread.
5. Add a receipt.
6. Close the RHP.
7. Click Submit.
8. Admin tap on Reports tab
9. Tap on View of the expense added receipt at step 4, 5
10. Tap back button

Expected Result:

Violation message should display in reports page

Actual Result:

Violation message doesn't display in reports page until tap to view this violation expense

I'm not able to reproduce this in multiple platforms. The violation is visible to me at step 8 before clicking into the expense as suggested in step 9.
