App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Log in with a new account that does not have any expense report.
3. Open FAB > Create expense.
4. Submit two expenses to any user.
5. Click on the expense preview.
6. Select all expenses via checkbox.
7. Click dropdown button > More > Move expenses.
8. Close the RHP.
9. Open any expense row.
10. Click Report.

Expected Result:

In Step 7, Move expenses should not be present in More menu.
In Step 10, Report field should not be clickable when there is no other report.

Actual Result:

In Step 7, Move expenses is present in More menu.
In Step 10, Report field is clickable when there is no other report.
Both options open not here page.
