[$250] Infinite load of expense preview in chats, don't load until visit other tabs & back

Device used: iPhone 16/iOS 18.3.1 & Pixel 8a/Android 15
App Component: Other

Action Performed:

Precondition: Create new workspace & create atleast one money request on a WS chat

1. Launch Hybrid app
2. Open Reports > Chats
3. Press the one that has the report preview from the money request
4. On the report RHP, create another money request
5. User navigate back to report RHP
6. Tap back button go back to Chats page (Note: Expense preview for new expense is not displayed)
7. Go to Inbox & back to Reports>> Chats page (Note: Expense preview is displayed)
8. Repeat steps 3 - 6
9. Scroll up & observe infinite loading of individual expense preview appears
10. Wait for sometime
11. Navigate to other tabs - Inbox, Workspace or Accounts & go back to Reports >>Chats page (Observe the expense preview loads now)

Expected Result:

On step 9 - Infinite loading of expense preview should not appear in Reports >>Chats page.

Actual Result:

Infinite loading of expense preview occurs in chats page & do not load until user visit other tabs & back to chats page
