Action Performed:

1. Navigate to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Login with applause email
3. Create a workspace
4. Go to WS chat > Create expense > submit and approve the expense.
5. Go to the approved expense report > Drag and drop a file on the scan drop zone
6. Click the back button on the opened RHN

Expected Result:

"Hmm... it's not here" page is not shown

Actual Result:

"Hmm... it's not here" page is shown.
