App Component: Chat Report View

Action Performed:

1. Open the app
2. Log in with a Gmail account
3. Open any 1:1 DM
4. Tap on the header
5. Tap on "Private notes"
6. Enter a long text and save it
7. Tap on "Private notes" again
8. Tap on the note
9. Swipe up and down

Expected Result:

Scroll bar should be visible.

Actual Result:

Scroll bar is missing at the Private notes editing page.

I don't see a scroll bar in compose too may be it an android thing.

Yep, I don't see a scroll bar either (Pixel 7). Not sure if this is an actual issue...going to tag in @Expensify/design for a review!

Yeah I don't think it's a bug, and we also don't want to really spend any time on private notes feature anyways. I'm just going to close this out but reopen if you disagree!
