Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Submit an expense to any user
3. Go to Reports > Reports
4. Click View on the expense row to open expense RHP
5. Click More > Hold
6. Enter reason and save it
7. Close the RHP

Expected Result:

"This expense was put on hold" message will be displayed under expense row

Actual Result:

"This expense was put on hold" message is not displayed under expense row

• I am looking into thise
• My first suspected candidate is that the problem comes from this recent PR: Use new transaction row style for Reports > Expenses #62926
• I am not able to revert that PR cleanly due to conflicts
• I am going to use git bisect to try and locate the source

Update

• After using git bisect I confirmed that Use new transaction row style for Reports > Expenses #62926 is the culprit
• I would like to revert it, but there are conflicts when reverting it that are too extensive for me to fix
