Action Performed:

Prerequisite: Account has at least one workspace available.
Prerequisite 2: Delayed submissions and approvals enabled.

1. Open the Expensify app.
2. Navigate to "Reports"
3. Tap on FAB and select "Create Expense"
4. Create a manual expense and submit it to a workspace.
5. When redirected back to "Reports" not that the just created expense, only shows one avatar on preview.
6. Submit, approve and pay the expense.
7. Note that only the avatar of the submitter is still displayed.
8. Tap on FAB and select "Create Expense"
9. Create a new manual expense and submit it to a 1:1 conversation.
10. When redirected back to "Reports", note that the avatar of the receiver, is not displayed on the preview of the just created expense.

Expected Result:

Preview of expenses on "Reports", should display two avatars on them. The avatar of the submitter and the avatar of the receiver or the workspace where the expense was sent.

Actual Result:

Preview of expenses on "Reports", only show the avatar of the submitter in them. Avatar of receiver or avatar of the workspace where the expense was sent, is not displayed.
