Report - "Pay" button doesn´t display expense amount inside expense report

Action Performed:

Prerequisite: Account has at least one workspace available.
Prerequisite 2: Delayed submissions and approvals disabled.

1. Open the Expensify app.
2. Open any workspace chat.
3. Submit a manual expense to it.
4. Note that the "Pay" button in preview, displays the expense amount.
5. Open the Expense report.
6. Note that the "Pay with Expensify" button doesn´t display the expense amount.
7. Change the payment method to "Pay Elsewhere"
8. Note that the "Pay Elsewhere" button doesn´t display the expense amount.

Expected Result:

"Pay" button should display the expense amount on preview and also inside the expense report

Actual Result:

"Pay" button displays the expense amount on preview, but it doesn´t display it inside the report

The issue is that we're not passing a formattedAmount to the AnimatedSettlementButton here, adding one fixes the issue. Not sure where the regression comes from though because it doesn't look like that spot has been changed recently.
