Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Click chat header > Go to workspace.
4. Click Delete.
5. Delete the workspace.
6. Click browser back button.
7. Click any tab on the left navigation bar (Reports, Workspaces, Account).

Expected Result:

The tabs on the left navigation bar will be clickable.

Actual Result:

The tabs on the left navigation bar are not clickable after deleting workspace.

@strepanier03 FYI I haven't added the External label as I wasn't 100% sure about this issue. Please take a look and add the label if you agree it's a bug and can be handled by external contributors.

Walking through the reproduction steps locally, when I click the back button after having deleted the workspace, I get a RHN modal showing the deleted workspace. Nothing is clickable till it is dismissed. Once dismissed, the left navigation bar tabs work as intended.
