Action Performed:

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Create a workspace with a currency other than USD.
3. Go to Workflows and click on "Connect bank account"
4. Update WS currency to USD
5. Log in to bank account and finish the flow.
6. After adding bank account, click on the back navigation.
7. Then change the default currency to something other than USD

Expected Result:

Once a USD bank account is successfully connected, the workspace currency should be locked or restricted from being changed to prevent conflicts

Actual Result:

After navigating back, the user is able to change the workspace currency from USD to another currency, which causes an error.
As a result, RBR appears in the Overview and Workspaces.
