Action Performed:

Precondition: you have to navigate to Classic to Undo Closed reports if they were created before Delayed Submit was enabled.
Make sure Delayed Submit is disabled on the workspace

  1. Create expenses
  2. Expenses will auto-submit
  3. Enable Delayed Submit
  4. Go to Expense Reports > Click on the header of one of the expense reports created before Delayed Submit was enabled > More

Expected Result:

User should be able to reopen the expense report

Actual Result:

User is unable to reopen expense report
