Action Performed:

1. Create two accounts: Account A and Account B.
2. Merge Account A into Account B.
3. Sign in with Account B.
4. You'll see a Concierge chat in the LHN.
5. Use the top-right search to look for Concierge.
6. You’ll find two Concierge chats — click the one not already in the LHN.
7. Now the LHN shows two Concierge chats with the same name and icon.

Expected Result:

The Concierge chat from Account A should appear as Concierge (archived).

Actual Result:

The LHN displays two identical Concierge chats, both with the same name and icon.

@izarutskaya Interesting - so after merging the accounts, you’re not seeing two Concierge chats? That seems unexpected.

Check please my video, I see only this accounts but not with the same name. I checked different ways and tried many different accounts.
Let me know if I can help something else.

One more thing, after merging the accounts, I need relogin account B, because User B automatically logs out. I don't know why

@izarutskaya I can reproduce the account being logged out after merging but can't reproduce the accounts having two chats with different names.

Did you use OldDot to merge the accounts or the beta feature in ND? And did you use 2 new accounts?

@jayeshmangwani I think it's best I wait until we know what's happening here before I repost my proposal, do you agree?
