Action Performed:

Precondition:

• Account has self DM.

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Create a workspace (important).
3. Go to self DM.
4. Track a distance expense.
5. Click Share it with my accountant.
6. Select an accountant.
7. Click on the workspace from Step 2.
8. On confirmation page, click Rate.
9. Select the workspace distance rate.
10. Go back to Share list.
11. Click New workspace.
12. Repeat Step 8 and 9.

Expected Result:

The workspace distance rate (0.70/mile) will be selected.

Actual Result:

The workspace distance rate (0.70/mile) is not selected.
The personal distance rate (4.94/mile) is still selected.

The same issue also happens when we select Submit it to someone from the actionable whisper, select the existing workspace and repeat Step 8 and 9.

@miljakljajic FYI I haven't added the External label as I wasn't 100% sure about this issue. Please take a look and add the label if you agree it's a bug and can be handled by external contributors.

I reproduced on staging v9.1.47-5 and not on prod v9.1.46-12

I think this is likely related to #61574 since it's the only change to the IOURequestStepConfirmation page. I can't find the root problem though. cc @VickyStash @cristipaval @dukenv0307
