[Due for payment 2025-05-14] [Report Creation UI] LHN rows are highlighted when they shouldn't be.

Looks like we've had a regression somewhere. The rows in the LHN are highlighted when in a report view. They shouldn't be at all.

Steps

1. Go to the Inbox page
2. Click the FAB
3. Click Create report
4. Observe the Expenses row is highlighted in the LHN
5. Add a couple of expense to the report
6. Navigate away and back to the Reports page
7. Click on the report result in Expense reports
8. Observe the Expenses reports row is highlighted in the LHN.
