We should pay @ZhenjaHorbach $125 for their review of #60856. They weren't the assigned C+, but I asked for someone else to review the PR since the assigned C+ had gone to bed and we needed to fix the issue quickly. The PR fixed 3 out of 4 issues that were listed, so we are only going to pay half of the normal price for reviewing a PR. I DM'ed @ZhenjaHorbach about this and we agreed that was a fair amount for the work done here.
There is no need to wait for a regression period since the feature ended up being disabled because of the remaining deploy blocker, so there is no regression testing to be done. So we should pay this out ASAP.
