App Component: Chat Report View

Action Performed:

1. Navigate to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Log in with High traffic account
3. Create WS
4. Create empty report by using FAB.
5. Click "Add expense" button and create an expense
6. Click "Submit" button and "More" button quickly

Expected Result:

After submitting the report, the "Add expense" is no longer present in secondary buttons.

Actual Result:

After submitting the report, the "Add expense" and "Submit" button shown briefly in secondary buttons.
